Collin Crawford Consultant was founded in August 1996 (formerly known as Sammy Crawford Consultant in 1982). Our client base ranges through manufacturing, communication, semi-conductor, software and in sectors such as information technology, research development and oil and gas companies.
Our deliberate policy of having only limited number of clients in each industry segment has led to not only our genuine ability to source from a wide range of companies in each sector but also a high degree of repeat business.

Assessment of Candidates
Our rigorous interview process is supplemented by an appropriate psychometric exercise which we conduct to understand deeper the candidates’ leadership styles, work values, social and other personal traits. (The candidates’ profile you provide us during our initial discussions with you.) As a separate assignment, we can also provide you with an unbiased second opinion on candidates already identified by you.
Our Guarantee
Should the appointee leave on his or her own accord or is found unsatisfactory within three months of appointment, we shall seek a suitable replacement at no extra consulting fee. However, any expense incurred on your behalf will be charged at cost.
