In the span of over 4 years, it has since becoming one of the leading consulting firms in providing Human Resource strategic management and IT solutions to organizations located locally and around the region.

The IT services & Solutions, we provide payroll & casual labour outsourcing services where client’s may outsourced part or all of their non-core functions to third-party firm to manage these processes. In software development services, we provide our client another avenue for them who wish to own a system that closely fits with their business requirements and workflows. Turn-key solution is the answer, i.e. custom-made solutions. Our dedicated and experienced staffs bring a wealth of knowledge to our clients from development of window-based solutions, client server solutions to web-based application systems. 

Our very own, HR Pearl’s Solution Series provides administrative applications to those client’s requiring in-house application as oppose to outsourcing or customized solution.  Pearl’s series modules comprises of the Base-HR, Payroll, Job Costing and Casual labour. E-solutions as a Software as a Service model (SaaS) such as Leave and Claims modules are available to clients if their decision is not to owned and managed massive IT infrastructures and operation systems. Our pipeline for our new releases has yet to be completed is the Performance and Training management modules.
