		<description>This is such a good list. It resonates with what I've seen as a manager and what I now see as a career and business coach. I think #2 - mismatch between job and the person - has to be the starting place. Ultimately nothing will work in a sustainable way if that isn't resolved. When someone can feel like themselves while they work, that is half the battle. 

I work with a lot of introverts to help them start with finding their calling and then we go for it. It's amazing to see their eyes light up and find the energy for everything once they are in that zone.</description>
